Please provide your order number and reason for returning the item(s). Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund was approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used during checkout. So that you know, shipping costs are only refundable if there was an error on our part in delivering the wrong item or a defective product.
